Respected Sir,

With due respect, I submit my explanation called vide referred under reference is
submitted for your kind consideration please:

Sir, My Earned Leave including station leave were sanctioned for 15 days (from
27.01.2024 to 10.02.2024). But, on 09.02.2024, I started having some health issues and during
my doctor visit, I came to know that I was suffering from fever, vomiting and typhoid for which
medical certificate is also attached. In this regard, at first instance, my parents telephonically
intimated the office about my health condition and as also assured them to submit the medical
certificate and revised leave application once I join the office, and the leave was sanctioned
verbally. Thereafter, I proceeded for medical leaves, and on 19.02.2024, I joined the office and
as assured I submitted my medical certificate as well as fitness certificate.

Sir, since joining the office, I have performed my duties to the best level and complete
the given tasks timely. I sincerely apologise for the said conduct. Hence, my absence period of
duty i.e 11-02-2024 to 18-02-2024 may kindly be regularized with 08 medical leaves please. For
which I will be ever grateful to you Sir.
