1.0 OBJECTIVE

To define the requirements of periodic progress reporting (i.e., Daily, Weekly,

and Monthly Progress Reports) to be followed during the implementation

stage of the project.

2.0 SCOPE

The scope of this document covers the contents and formats to be used for

daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including the cut-off dates for progress

reporting and the frequency of Progress Review Meetings as per the agreed

Project Calendar.

4.0 RESPONSIBILITY

Submission of periodical progress reports to the EMPLOYER is the

responsibility of the Contractor.

5.0 REFERENCES

6.0 PROGRESS REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

The Contractor shall establish and maintain comprehensive systems for

progress reporting and monitoring, enabling the preparation of “Exception

Reports” and supporting management reporting as required.

6.1 DAILY PROGRESS REPORTS

Daily progress reports, applicable only for construction activities, shall be

submitted in three parts:

• Daily Construction Progress Report (including major highlights and HSE

issues)

• Daily Construction Manpower Return

• Daily Construction Plant & Equipment Return

6.2 WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORTS

Weekly progress reports shall be submitted every Monday, based on the

progress as of the previous Friday (Cut-off Date). These reports shall include:

• Narrative description of major activities completed

• Major activities planned for the subsequent week

• Areas of concern and corrective actions

• List of delayed activities with forecast completion dates

• Overall Progress Statistics

• Progress S-curves (Plan vs. Actual)

• Procurement Status Report

• Summary of engineering document deliverables

• 3-week look-ahead program

• Exception reports

6.3 MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORTS

Monthly progress reports shall be submitted within five working days after the

Cut-off date or by the 5th of every month, whichever is earlier. These reports

shall include:

• All details from the weekly reports with monthly progress

details/statistics

• Updated baseline schedule and manpower histograms

• Status of contractual milestones

• Equipment Status Report

• Updated procurement and subcontracting services status registers

• Contract status report

• HSE and QA/QC details

• Construction site photographs (if applicable)

7.0 PROGRESS REVIEW MEETINGS

Progress review meetings shall be conducted weekly/monthly as per the

agreed Coordination Procedure. These meetings shall cover:

• HSE issues

• Area/Phase/System-wise progress

• QA/QC issues

• CTN/Variation Order Status

• Other issues

Meetings shall be held at the EMPLOYER’s or Contractor’s offices as per

convenience and prior agreement.

8.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• EMPLOYER reserves the right to modify reporting requirements.

• CONTRACTOR shall provide EMPLOYER access to all planning and

scheduling data.

• Reporting figures shall be limited to two decimal places.

• CONTRACTOR shall submit all schedules and reports in original formats

along with soft copies.

• CONTRACTOR shall ensure compliance with reporting requirements by

subcontractors.
