AFFIDAVIT

I, LINDA T. AMBONG of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Igtambo, San
Miguel, Iloilo, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:

That I was the daughter and one of the heirs of Amparo Talite;

That Amparo Talite died leaving a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Igtambo, San
Miguel, Iloilo, known as Lot No. 907;

That being one of the heirs, I have my right to authorize Catherine Sompreque to
construct Commercial Establishment;

That in the event the other heirs of the late Amparo Talite will oppose the construction
made of indigenous material of Catherine Sompreque, I will hold myself responsible and will
cause Catherine Sompreque to vacate the property;

That this Affidavit is executed to attest to the foregoing facts, and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.
