| Sreedharan son of Govindaraju Hindu aged about 67 years and residing at No: 36 First
Cross Street, Bharathy Nagar, Karuvadikuppam, Pondicherry 605 008. | am the deponent
herein and power agent in the above suit. | am well acquainted with the facts and
circumstances of the case and am competent to depose before this Honourable Court and |
depose as follows
When the respondent/plaintiff was cross-examined about merging of the T S No: 2/1 and 3/1
she denied it and she also denied that after the merger, 345 plots were demarked. She denied
that there was a criminal case as against her principal vendors Sekar and Somasundaram.
My principal vendor, Thavamani Devi has executed two correction deeds, bearing nos:
2229/1992 and 1249/1995 correcting the TS No: in her sale deed nos 1185/1986 & 1937/1986
as 2/1 instead of 3/1, and | could not produce these documents before the Honourable Trail
Court despite due diligence exercised
Now | am submitting those vital documents which will guide this Honourable Court to finally
decide this case
Therefore | most respectfully pray this Honourable Court to receive these additional evidences

on the file of this Honourable Court so as to effectively and finally decide this case and thus

render justice v W .
