Subject: - Termination of Lease Agreement for Building 139, Government Ave, Block 304 Manama

Dear Sir/Madam(s) ,

Further to talks between Mr. Pradeep Saraf (General Manager) and Mrs. Zayani, we wish to
confirm that we will not be able to continue our lease agreement with you and wish to terminate the
lease agreement for the Building 139, Government Ave, and Block 304 Manama with the effect of
31st January 2022.

It is most unfortunate that business has fallen to such unexpected levels after the COVID-19
that the rent has become unaffordable with us having losses of more than 3000/- Bahraini Dinar
each month.

Sadly the market of Manama has completed changed with no Tourist traffic, and even other
businesses are relocating.

We regret that we have to take this unfortunate step to close the business after our relation
of more than 30 years. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, now we are parting our
ways we wish you the best for the future.

This letter is for your information and acknowledgement, we will not be liable for any
liability whatsoever for the same after 31st January 2022.
