Dear Hiring Manager,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out and share my excitement
about the Architectural Intern position at C.F. Møller. Design, architecture, and heritage
conservation have been passions of mine since I was a kid. I've always loved the idea of
blending cultural significance into designs, incorporating history, beauty, and functionality all in
one. Obtaining my work and residence permit here in Sweden has been a dream come true for
me, opening new opportunities to explore my passion in a European setting. When I came
across your job posting, I couldn't help but feel that it was made for someone like me. It
perfectly aligns with my background and aspirations.

In the Philippines, I had the chance to work on some significant restoration projects,
which really exposed me to different aspects of design. Later, I started my own design and build
firm, where I've been hands-on in every part of the process, from the initial planning to seeing
the project through to completion. I've always believed that getting things right in the design
phase is crucial—it's much harder to make changes once construction is underway. I'm a bit of
a tech enthusiast too. I love learning about new software and techniques. Right now, I'm diving
into VR and AR visualization—it's pretty cool stuff! And I don't just keep this passion to myself—I
also teach architecture to others. It's a way for me to stay updated and share my knowledge.

I've been studying Swedish at SIFA for almost four months, and I can say that I am at a
conversational level and will continuously improve in the following months. I'm dedicated to
integrating myself into Swedish culture, as I understand that not only will it make my life easier,
but it will also enhance my ability to practice architecture more efficiently here. Moreover, my
last role as a graphic designer has allowed me to immerse myself in the Swedish aesthetic. It's
been an enlightening experience, providing me with a fresh perspective and deepening my
understanding of design principles.

I understand that starting my career anew in Sweden means that I need to learn how
things work in a European setting and how I can translate my skills from my previous experience.
I am willing to start from the bottom and work my way up again. What I'm really after is a chance
to prove myself and be part of a team that shares my passion. I'm ready to roll up my sleeves
and give it my all.
