III. SUMILLA

Armado Concrete Design I is a curricular experience in the area of specialty studies. It is theoretical and practical in nature and mandatory.
Its purpose is to apply the fundamental concepts of structural analysis, includes limit states, characteristics of the state of materials subjected
to deformations beyond their limits, Armed Concrete Design of beams and slabs. as well as Armed Concrete Design of stairs and columns.

6.2. REQUISITOS DE APROBACIÓN

● The vigesimal rating scale is used; The minimum passing grade is 11.
● Only in the final average will the fraction equivalent to or greater than 0.5 be rounded to the next higher digit. 30% unexcused
absences disqualify the student from the course.
● Unjustified absences from practices or exams will be graded (00).
● The student who for some reason did not take one of the partial exams may take them in the late exam period; in case of non-
attendance, he or she will be graded with a zero grade (00).
● The student will have the right to take only one exam, regardless of his or her status as substitute or latecomer.
