LEGAL NOTICE

Under the Instructions of my client Mr. Mohammad Aamir S/o Mohammad


Suhail residing at NOOR, 87/1368-16-17-25-26, Yelkuru Estates, Near Omega
Hospital, Behind D Mart, Kurnool, 518003. We issue the notice as following:

1. Our client state that they had ordered a shoe named ‘RILACIEN001043
worth Rs. 5499 from Aldo India website www.aldoshoes.in as a guest
without registering on the website. The order ID for the same is
‘AL00012441’ ordered on 25th June 2022. The payment for the same was
done through credit card through razor pay and the payment ID is
“pay_JlmNW0MWbSaKdP”.
2. Our Client states that the order was successfully packed and the same was
informed to my client with the order summary on 26th June 2022.
3. Our Client states the order was delivered to them by Xpressbees Courier
Service and the Airway Bill Number(AWB) for the order was
‘141123221081213’.
4. Our Client states that upon delivery, he was astonished to see that what
was delivered was not the shoe ordered but was a cheap t-shirt on an
unknown local brand that was delivered which had no relation to the
product ordered.
5. Our client also states that the package delivered to them had the Aldo
order Id sticker which mentioned order ID; AL00012441 which is the
same order ID provided by Aldo for the shoes. The Airway Bill Number
mentioned in the (3) also matches with the tracking ID for the shoes
ordered on www.aldoshoes.in.
6. Our client states that the same was communicated to the Aldo Customer
Care on 30th June 2022, the same day the order was delivered. Our client
also communicated with the Customer care several times on call as well
as email upon which also there was no satisfactory outcome. The
registered mobile number used to communicate to the customer care was
“+917680827927” and the Email ID was “aamirmohd.1@rediffmail.com.
7. Our client states that the same issue was mailed to the customer care at
the given mail ID ‘estore@majorbrands.in’ The issue was mailed to the
customer service on 30th June 2022 along with proofs attached which
include the pictures of the package received. The ticket No issued for the
same was 6566050216 and the issue was handled by "Lamhoichong
Doungel (Grace)"
8. Our client states that despite the mail and calls he had to continuously call
and mail the Aldo customer service and customer service never responded
properly. With respect to calling the customer service, the customer
service always tried to brush off the issue and bluffed each time with
different reasons whenever called. They had also bluffed stating that they
would credit a refund in the next 15 mins which they never did.
9. Our client states that after continuously begging the customer care for a
refund or replacement of the product the customer care responded after
21 days with a response. In the response is a CCTV recording of a store
guy just packing an item and putting it aside. There is no proof that the
item packed was the clients order, No proof that the same package was
dispatched to the client. The proof by the customer care is very vague
and not at all conclusive.
10.Our Client also states that upon receiving the mail with the CCTV video
he had communicated that back that he was not satisfied with the
resolution and requested for a refund or a replacement to which the
customer care didn’t revert back.
11.Our client also stated that the package received by him was so small that
it wouldn’t even fit the box of shoes as shown in the video and the
package also had the Aldo Order ID. The same was also communicated to
the Customer care service to which no action was taken. The pictures for
the same are already mentioned in the mail sent.
12.We hereby advise your office to closely verify the records of the
conversation between our client and Aldo customer Service executive
which are in the form of E-mails and recorded Phone conversations. The
client has mental agony because of this issue as the product was to be
gifted to someone and has also faced humiliation by the customer care
executives. If the appropriate action is not taken within 15 days, our client
will have no other option except to initiate appropriate legal proceedings.
