Dear James in Japan

I understand your problem, I always recommend to seeing your doctor when you
don’t feel well, but your condition is probably not serious. Don’t worry too much
because sleepiness in class is a fairly common condition among students. This is
completely normal.
Your problem you are facing is lack of sleep because slept too little the night
before or your body is overloaded because you have a very busy study schedule
and eating may affect to your health. If don’t eat enough food or eat foods that
increase sleepiness, it will lead to drowsiness in class
Some solutions I give it to you are that you should go to bed early and don’t stay
up late, you also can do exercise to help your body feel more comfortable.
Supplements foods rich in protein, vitamins and minerals to provide energy to
your body.
Follow the suggestions above and you will soon able to solve the problem of
