For a 3-band resistor colour codes,

the first two bands always denote
the first two digits of the resistance
value while the third band
represents the multiplier.

It is a three band resistor with the

first colour as red, second colour as
black and third colour as cold

The first colour represents the

figures, as well as the multiplier and
the third band represents the
multiplier.

To calculate the resistance you add the 1st and 2nd band figures, which gives you 2 and then the
multiplier band which is 0.2 percentage uncertainty which gives you 2 OHMS with a 0.2 percent
uncertainty.
