 Application form a Temporary Resident Visa
 Personal Information Form
 Two (2) photos passport size with white background
 Current Passport and Old Passport showing previous travel
 Recent Bank certificate
 Bank Statement for the last 3 months
 Income tax returns.
 Proof of assets – ex. Copy Land Title
 Original employment certification (If Employed)
 Business registration (if Self Employed)
 If travelling with child, Birth Certificate from NSO, School Certificate and Copy of School I.D
 If travelling with Husband or Wife - Marriage contract (NSO)

Additional requirements:

If you are going to visit Family of Friends

 INVITATION LETTER.
 A copy of citizenship of immigration status document (to demonstrate that they are legally in Canada) of
the person inviting you.
 For the person who will pay for your trip, please supply financial supporting documents to prove that
they can afford to support this visit, including reliable and verifiable information from a third party
source of your host’s income, employment letter and proof of funds
