Artistic Gymnastics:

Jumps:
Jumping table to 1,10m

Level 1

Salto de Eixo

Level 2

Jump Between Hands

Artistic Gymnastics:

Asymmetric Bars

Level 1:

(14 values)

Jump for face support on the lower flange, 2 small swings at the rear in face support, swing exit
at the rear support.

Level 2:

(18 values)

Ascent from the front, turn in support of the rear, swing exit in support of the rear.

Level 3:

(20 values)

Ascent from the front, turn in support of the rear, slow forward rolling with MI extended until
touching with the feet on the ground, swing exit.

Rhythmic Gymnastics:

Rope
1. 2 hops sequences (8 each one);
2. 2 eight movements;
3. 2 Escapadas;
4. 2 different rotations (diferente planes);
5. 1 throws and catch.

Ball
1. 2 different throws
2. 2 different catches
3. 2 different series of bounces (1 series = 4 consecutive bounces)
4. 2 different rolls on the body
5. 1 x 8 movements

Ensemble Technique (RG):


On Rope:
2 exchanges;
2 Elements of collaboration.
On Ball:
2 exchanges;
2 Elements of collaboration.

Group Gymnastics:

Group layout (5 to 10 students) with the following characteristics:

- Duration of the scheme – between 2 ́ to 2 ́30;

- The use of music is mandatory (within the options chosen by the teacher);

- Presentation of at least 4 figures (acrobatic gymnastics - GA), 1 exchange and 2


collaborations (rhythmic gymnastics - GR - rope or ball);

- Mandatory use of acrobatic elements (bearings, wheel, inverted facial support, etc.)
and gymnastic elements;

- Use of gymnastic material from the various gymnastic disciplines, e.g. rope, ribbon,
bow, mini-trampoline, etc... (optional).

Level 1: (10-15 points)

1. Composition requirements (scheme with balance figures (GA), 1 exchange and 2


collaborations (GR));
2. Quality of execution;
3. Originality and creativity.

Level 2: (16-20 points)

1. Composition requirements (scheme with equilibrium figures and dynamic figures (GA), 1
exchange and 2 collaborations (GR)).
2. Quality of execution;
3. Originality and creativity.
