(All these trends might not have a significant impact on the micro environment.)
 Out of this analysis, identify the critical uncertainties. From that we can identify the
opportunities and threats the company has.
 Based on these uncertainties we can also go for scenario planning. (OPTIONAL)
 Analyze whether the current company strategy is competitive enough to face the challenges by
doing an internal analysis.
 Analyze the core competencies using VRIO/VRIN/RBV to find out what competency will bring
them a sustainable competitive advantage.
 Find the strengths and weaknesses from the above analysis, and explicate the opportunities and
challenges that the company has from the external environment.
 All in-text citation has to be given on en-text citations as well.
 Ideally 12-16 slides. 30% notes on slides and the rest on speaker notes. Choose font and size of
your choice. Don’t overcrowd the slides. Do not use animations, but can use images, colors,
