1 What is Connect? Step-by-step:
Connect is an all-in-one course How can I buy my book?
platform that streamlines your prep
work and allows for effective and
convenient studying, offering a
personalized digital learning journey,
designed to optimize your study time
and boost grade potential.

2 Is the use of Connect mandatory?

Yes, it is. Because a percentage of the course assessments will
be conducted through Connect.

3 Why is it so important?
A percentage of your assessments will be via Connect, without
access to these assessments you cannot be awarded a grade.

4 How do I register for Connect?

You will receive the link from your instructor to purchase or
access your Connect account.

5 Where can I find the link to purchase my book?

Your instructor will provide the link for you. Do not purchase
the book without this link.

6 Which email do I use for registration?

You should use your Fleming College Toronto email for the
registration.

7 If I have two Connect courses during the same semester, do I

have to pay separately for each book?
You will have to pay for each book separately.

Who do I contact if I can't access?

Notify your instructor that you do not have access to Connect. They
will provide you with a link.

9 How can I receive my 50% discount?

Speak with your instructor and ask to be provided with the link to
the book, this link will grant 50% off.

1 0 What happens if I bought the book without my discount?

Please send an email to Jordan Johnston
jordan.johnston@mheducation.com with invoice, he will process the
reimbursement.

1 1 What do i do if I forget my password?

Follow the on-screen instructions after selecting “forgot your
password?”

How does connect work?

Students create an account from the link their instructor
provided.
Students gain access to digital course materials, including e-
books, multimedia content, and more.
You will interact with learning modules, quizzes, and
assignments designed to reinforce understanding and enhance
learning.
You will complete and submit assignments assigned by your
instructor and will be provided with immediate feedback,
allowing you to see your progress as well as areas in need of
improvement.
Students will stay informed about their academic performance
by tracking their grades and monitoring their progress
throughout the course.
