Feedback on assessing Learning outcome 1 (LO1)

It is clear to see that you have explained the different


recruitment processes and provided the strengths and
weaknesses for this although to attain a higher grade
you could explain how the HR functions link this to the
objectives of the organisation. In addition to this, it is
great to see that you have given a detailed explanation
of the purpose and functions as required in the marking
criteria of HRM and how the organization has applied
this.

The relevant AC of LO1 has been achieved at the Pass


level.

Feedback on assessing Learning outcome 2 (LO2)

It is evident that you have understood the different


practices with the organisation and how effective they
are in terms of increasing profits and productivity.
Although in order to achieve a higher grade you
needed to explain the benefits of these practices to
both the employee and employer. This helps make
rationalise suggestions on which practices were
beneficial for the organisation.

The relevant AC of LO2 has not been achieved at the


Pass level.

The relevant AC of LO3 have not been achieved at


Pass level.

Amanuel, you have discussed the importance of


employee relations with respect to influencing HRM
decision- making. Not only did you fulfil the criteria, but
you have further gone to explain the internal and
external factors of human resource management. On
the contrary, in order to obtain a higher grade, you
needed to explain the different employment
legalisations and how this has an impact on HRM
decision-making.

The relevant AC of LO3 has not been achieved at the


Pass level.

Feedback on assessing Learning outcome 4 (LO4)

It is great to see the job description and sample


interview questions for a specific role. However, you
needed to discuss a scenario the organisation has
faced and explain how the HRM resolved it or give
suggestions on how HRM practices can be
implemented. Finally, it is apparent that you have
justified the chosen candidate for the role and provided
an adequate job offer letter that is in-line with the
marking criteria.

The relevant AC of LO4 has not been achieved at the


Pass level.
