ACADEMIC GOWNS DISTRIBUTION/RETURN GUIDELINES


1. The location of the distribution of complete academic attire (gown, mortarboard cap, and tassel) of graduands will be at
the GL Walkway - Under the Mango Tree (in front of Justo Albert Auditorium – main entrance).
2. Only the Bachelor’s degree graduands will have the provision of FREE rental of academic gowns and caps.
3. All Graduands, University Officials and Faculty Members will shoulder the deposit fee on their personal account.
4. The deposit fee will be refunded immediately after the return of the complete academic regalia.
5. After the Commencement Exercises Session (AM or PM), PLM Graduates as well as University Officials, & Faculty
Members must return their complete academic attire (gown, mortarboard cap, and tassel) to the staff of PLM's Official
Supplier of Academic Gowns, Caps, and Berets at the designated areas for Toga Return at the PICC (Tent between Forum
1 and Gate1, and at the front lobby of Forum1).
6. For those individuals who were not able to timely return their academic gowns at PICC right after the Commencement
Exercises Session (AM or PM), you may return your toga at the shop of the PLM's Official Supplier of Academic Gowns,
Caps, and Berets.
7. Schedule of Toga Distribution will be after the Graduation Orientation/Rehearsal on September 04, 05, 06, and 23, 2023.

RENTAL FEES & DEPOSIT PENALTY CHARGES


Rental Fee Deposit • A penalty of PHP 50.00 per day delay of return.

DISTRIBUTION OF GRADUATION TICKETS


1. Schedule of distribution of graduation tickets is the same date as the of the distribution of complete academic attire.
2. PLM Graduands will proceed to the GL walkway to claim their Graduation tickets immediately after they claim their
academic attire at the UAC.
3. Three (3) color coded Graduation tickets will be distributed by the College Department Chair/Faculty/Staff to each
graduand. One (1) ticket for the graduand and two (2) barcoded tickets for the graduand’s guests.

Note: Please print this page and present it to the College when you claim your graduation tickets.
