have named, constituted, and appointed and by these presents, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint DANTE MIFUEL y FACTO, of
legal age, Filipino and a resident of 2445 A. Bonifacio St., Vitas,
Barangay 101, Tondo, Manila, to be my true and lawful attorney-
in- fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my own use
and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and
things, to wit:

To represent me in the conduct of transaction and/or

negotiation with any entity and/or agency; to protect my interest;
and to conduct and/or initiate all applicable actions regarding the
purchase, loan, preservation and improvement of my property.
