Normal working days shall be 5 days per week ‫ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﺳﺒﻮﻉ‬5 ‫ﺗﺤﺪﺩ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﺑـ‬

7.1. Providing the second party with health care ‫ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﺮﻋﺎﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﺔ‬.1.7

8. Second Party's Obligations ‫ ﺍﻟﺘﺰﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬.8

8.1. To finish assigned in accordance with the ‫ ﺇﻧﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻛﻞ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ؛ ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ﻷﺻﻮﻝ‬.1.8
principles of the profession and in ‫ ﺇﺫﺍ‬،‫ ﻭﻭﻓﻖ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ‬،‫ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﺔ‬
accordance with the instructions of the ‫ﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺨﺎﻟﻒ‬
employer, if these instructions do not violate ‫ ﻭﻟﻢ‬،‫ ﺍﻭ ﺍﻵﺩﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ‬،‫ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ‬،‫ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
the contract, order, public morals, or has a ‫ﻳﻜﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬﻫﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﺮﺿﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﺨﻄﺮ‬

8.2. To take adequate care of the tools and ‫ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻬﻤﺎﺕ‬،‫ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺘﻨﻲ ﻋﻨﺎﻳﻪ ﻛﺎﻓﻴﻪ ﺑﺎﻷﺩﻭﺍﺕ‬.2.8
tasks assigned and the first party's ores that ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻨﺪﺓ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻮﻛﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮﻑ‬
at the second party's disposal or in which in ‫ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ‬،‫ﺍﻷﻭﻝ؛ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻋﺔ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺼﺮﻓﻪ‬
his/her custody, and restores the first ‫ ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ‬،‫ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻬﺪﺗﻪ‬

8.3. Approval of the first party deducting the ‫ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﻄﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ‬.3.8
prescribed percentage from him/her from ‫ﻟﻠﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺮﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮﻱ‬

regulations and the ministerial regulations ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﺍﺋﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ‬
and resolutions and the organization's ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ‬
work regulation approved by the Ministry ،‫ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ‬
of Human Resources and Social ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﺟﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﺑﻨﺪ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺮﺩ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺺ‬

the plural form includes the singular, and ‫ ﻭﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺟﻨﺲ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ‬،‫ﺗﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺮﺩ‬
the reference to one gender means both ‫ﺗﻌﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺴﻴﻦ ﻭﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻷﺷﺨﺎﺹ‬
