TENANCY AGREEMENT

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT MADE AND ENTERED ON 15TH JUNE, 2024

BETWEEN GYAMFI BERKO OF H/No. BU-1341-2523 MIM IN THE
ASUNAFO NORTH MUNICIPALITY OF AHAFO REGION (HEREINAFTER
KNOWN AS LANDLORD) AND REJOICE F.M. MIM IN THE ASUNAFO
NORTH MUNICIPALITY OF AHAFO REGION (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS
TENANT).
WHEREBY BOTH PARTIES HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS
1. That, the Landlord has released his single room to the Tenant on rental basis.
2. That, the Tenant has paid an advance of Eight Thousand Ghana Cedis
(Gh8,000.00) to the Landlord.
3. That, the advance of Eight Thousand Ghana Cedis starts from 15 th June,
2024 and ends at 15th June, 2029, that is, Five (5) years excluding light and
water bills.
4. That, incase the Tenant wants to do any renovation, the Landlord should be
contacted.
5. That, after the expiration of the date stipulated above, the Tenant has no right
to sublet the room to anybody without the knowledge of the Landlord.
6. That, when the date is due and the Tenant still needs the room, he should
negotiate with the Landlord for a fresh agreement to be made.
