ProposaL SUMMARy
HIGHPOINT – MANHATTAN Co.

We would like to assist HighPoint Venue in reaching its business objectives and financial targets whilst building and maintaining
it’s online presence.

In creating media that is fashionable and meaningful The Manhattan Co. would like to aid in raising the profile of the building;
creating content and foundations valued by the surrounding community, as well as the rest of Southampton and even the world.

The Manhattan Co. will be happy to provide traditional media skill sets as well as effective digital & social media management
services in a contra agreement based on residency.

OUTLINE
The Manhattan Co., for example, would like to;

• Create and manage social media content on behalf of HighPoint.

• Develop web shows based on local activities and content much like morning television or news, broadcast online. We also
have the skills and equipment to start production once developed.

• Provide templates and advice on publishing ‘killer’ content, news letters and advertising material. Again we can prodeuce
these on your behalf.
• Provide advice and training on trending technology that can be implemented by PYL as a whole.

• Create a sound reputation for Highpoint as being a great source for the community and as a commercial option for events,
conferencing and seminars1.

We have a plethora of knowledge in a range of industries and interests. The Manhattan Company would be able to provide relevant speakers to create events of
your own on the fly.

What we would like in return;

• Express permission to film on site. We will be documenting everything, vlogging our daily work.
This will be non-intrusive but permission is needed.

• Space to set up a small office/studio. We’ve been 100% mobile since day one so we don’t necessarily need set space
as we can relocate quite fast. As I said in my original email we just need the space to grow, it would provide a kick-
start to pick up our projects.

• The opportunity to help. We truly want to see the centre succeed. We hope by bringing all these trends, skills and
technologies that we can find a medium to make HighPoint & PYL really shine in an ever-changing society.

Summary

This is just a brief insight into what we hope we could achieve. We have a global team, I hope by acquiring space to work from
that we as The Manhattan Co. can create a production schedule for our own projects. Some of these I see as of interest to
HighPoint as there would be a lot of events/shows based around these products. We’ve already been approached by Carnival in
the past but weren’t in a position to deliver.

We’re also under the scrutiny of Sony Music Entertainment as I have worked with Aaron Soul for some time on Young Emerging
Arts. They seem to get what we’re about so we hope to increase this interest and seek some sort of endorsement.

Aside from all the things mentioned previously I personally have a lot of skills which I I’d be happy to share and perhaps start a
project with PYL to generate further income. I’m quite keen on local press and so I’d happily start publishing with you if it would
be something you’d like to pursue.

I do hope this proposal has provided you with some answers and some serious material for consideration. I promise I’m not
always this formal and we are a good bunch. I just desperately want this to work for everyone involved. We have had offers from
places in the City Centre but we operate on a much more humble level.
