QUITCLAIM AND WAIVER OF AGRICULTURAL TENANCY

RIGHTS

We, MAYOLITO T. LARIOSA, JOAN T. LUMOKSO, SUZETTE

MAHILOM, REYNALDO A. TABANYAG, REYCHEL T. DEL ROSARIO,
MENCHE A. TABANYAG and MYRNA T. AGALOT Filipinos, of legal ages,
and residents of Purok 8, Buru-un, Iligan City, after having been duly sworn
to an oath in accordance to law, hereby depose and state the following, to
wit:

1.) That our parents were used to be tenants of MELANIO ALFECHE and
MELDRED GONO;

2.) That the area that our parents tenanted was a certain parcel of land
more particularly described as:
LOT 4645, CAD -695

“A parcel of land covered identified as Lot No. 4645, Cad 695,

case - 18 of the Linamon-Kauswagan- Bacolod Cadastre, situated in
Tacub, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded
on the North along line 8-9, by lot 4266, Cad 695 (Lot 1, Psu-
198458) and along line 9-1 by lot 4270, Cad 695; on the east along
line 1-2, by lot 4644 cad -695 and along line 2-3 and 4-5-6 by lot
4641, cad 695; on the south, along line 3-4 by lot 4641, cad - 695
and along line 6-7 by lot 4643, cad 695; and in the west, along line
7-8, by lot 4646, cad 695. Containing an area of Sixty Three
thousand Nine Hundred Fifty One square meters (63,951sq.m.)
situated at Barangay Tacub, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte.

3.) That, however, the afore described property is not registered before the
Registry of Deeds; and until now the same is an untitled land;

4.) That by virtue of this Deed of Waiver, we hereby waive our agricultural
tenancy rights over the property described in this Deed under Paragph Two
(2) hereof in favour of the Local Government Unit of Kauswagan, Province
of Lanao del Norte. We further declare that we have no claims whatsoever
against the Municipality of Kauswagan, and release and forever discharge
said government unit from any and all claims, demands, cause of action of
whatever nature arising out from the properties which are the subject
matter of this DEED;

5. That we are executing this Deed of Waiver and Quitclaims to attest to the
truth of the foregoing statements as well as for any and all legal purposes
this may serve best.
