BASIC JOB STEPS EXISTING AND POTENTIAL RECOMMENDED CORRECTIVE MEASURES


HAZARDS

1. Mobilization and preparation 1.1 Injury due to tripping 1.1.1 Maintain a clear and non-clutter workplace
of tools and equipment
1.2 Carrying of heavy loads 1.2.1. Maintain adequate manpower and practice
proper lifting technique

1.3 Back strain due to ineffective body 1.3.1 Observe proper body mechanics when doing
mechanics the task

2. Perform Lift 2.1 Injuries due to getting caught in 2.1.1 Use proper P.P.E.’s & provide
