I am Muhammed Suhaily Bin Abdul Rahim NRIC No : 870120-09-5171 the owner of accident
vehicle No:WSD6996 model: Perodua Myvi. I have been allowing SOON FATT CAR
SERVICES CENTRE SDN BHD to service/repairs my vehicles for many years as I am always
very satisfied with their works and services. Therefore without any hesitation, I left my vehicle
WSD6996 and all document to them it met an accident damage. I will deal with the workshop
with all the repair work after they done the repair for my vehicle.
Hereby, I would like to seek your understanding .Please approve my case as soon as
possible.
