EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and


between:

Employer: TwisTea Food and Beverage Stall 434 F. Martinez St. Plainview

a. Signed NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement Form)


b. Signed SOP (Standard Operation Procedures Form)
c. Annex (Resume, NBI, PSA, Police clearance, Valid ID’s)

1. Position and Duties:

The Employer agrees to employ the Employee in the position of Senior Barista &
Supply Manager. The Employee agrees to perform all duties and responsibilities
related to this position as assigned by the Employer.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

a. During the course of employment, Employee may have access to and become
acquainted with certain confidential information and trade secrets owned by the
Employer.

b. Employee agrees not to disclose, publish, or communicate any confidential


information or trade secrets to any third party, either during or after the term of
employment, without written consent from the Employer.

c. This NDA remains in effect indefinitely and continues beyond the termination
of employment.

3. Non-Compete Agreement:

a. Employee agrees not to engage in any business or work in competition with


the Employer, either directly or indirectly, during the term of employment and
for a specified period after employment termination, as set forth below:

b. This non-compete agreement applies within a [Specify Geographic Scope, e.g.,


50-mile radius] of [Employer's Location], or as otherwise agreed upon by both
parties.

c. Resigned or Terminated Employee’s cannot apply in other


Branches/Franchisee related to “TWISTEA FOOD AND BEVERAGE STALL”

4. Compensation:

a. The Employee will receive compensation according to the terms outlined in


the attached compensation agreement or as otherwise mutually agreed upon.

5.Cash Bond:
As a condition of employment, the Employee shall deposit a cash bond of Two
Thousand Pesos (2,000) with the Employer. The Employee must remain in the
period of 6 months, the cash bond shall serve as security for the faithful
performance of the Employee’s duties and responsibilities under this Contract.
The cash bond shall be returned to the Employee after 6 months, less any
deductions for damages or losses caused by the Employee.

6.Suspension and Termination:

This Agreement can be terminated by either party with [Insert Notice Period]
notice or immediately for cause.

Termination takes place with the following :

Grave Offences:

a. Stealing (Any form of Stealing)


b. Breaching Confidentiality and Non -Compete Agreement
c. Not following the Standard Operating Procedures

1. 2 Incident Report will lead to 3 days Suspension with Verbal and Written
Warning.
2. 3rd Incident Report will lead to Termination.
3. 2 Incident Report with Grave Offence will lead to Termination.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.

9. Amendment:

This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
