GENERAL INTERPRETATION:

With a general average of 4.36, this indicates that the trainees have
demonstrated a solid understanding of technical concepts and procedures
and effectively applied theoretical knowledge in practical situations, each
scoring a 4.0. These are very good scores, indicating a strong foundational
knowledge and practical application.

The trainees excel in technical skills improvement, attention to detail,


precision in work, and communication of technical information, each
scoring 4.6. These scores indicate a high level of competence and a strong
ability to grow, pay attention to details, and communicate effectively.
RECOMMENDATION:
The evaluation revealed that certain trainees needed to work on proving they
understood technical concepts and procedures as well as how to apply
theoretical knowledge in practical situations. Consequently, I suggest that
the trainees should get better at showcasing their comprehension of
technical concepts and procedures as well as applying their theoretical
knowledge in practical situations.
