GENERAL INTERPRETATION:
According to the evaluation results, the industry average rating is 4.4, which
is likewise very good / very satisfactory, and the institution average rating is
4.62, which is very good / very satisfactory.
RECOMMENDATION:
The evaluation results indicate that the trainee appears to require additional
information about the SIL/OJT program, as well as the requirements and
preparations needed during the orientation. Meanwhile, the industrial
partner received a low rating for fulfilling the trainee's expectations and
objectives. For this reason, I recommend the institution to give additional
information about the SIL/OJT program, the requirements, and the
preparations needed for the orientation.
