Subject: RFQ No. 600003652 – PROVISION OF CONSULTANT WORKS TO DESIGN AND
SUPERVISE OF WIND FENCE CONSTRUCTION
We acknowledge receipt of your RFQ No 600003652, and are in receipt of all documents listed, which
are complete, and in useable condition.
We agree to keep this offer open and binding upon us for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from
the tender closing date. We agree to extend the period of validity of the Tender for such period as
Company may reasonably request. We acknowledge that Company may accept this offer at any time
before the expiration of the period of validity.
We confirm that we have studied, and we understand the Tender Documents; we have obtained all
information as we require enabling us to submit our tender; and we have satisfied ourselves as to the
correctness and sufficiency of this tender. We understand that no claims which may arise as a result
of our failure to study the Tender Documents, or to obtain information, will be accepted by Company.
We confirm that our tender is not conditional upon the availability of labour, staff, equipment, materials
or anything whatsoever which the Contractor is required to supply under the Contract.
We confirm to accept Terms and Conditions stipulated in the Tender Document and/or Draft Contract.

We understand that Company is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender received, and that the
submission of this tender does not impose upon Company any liability for any cost incurred by us in
preparing this tender.
