AIRPORT
Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) is located at Cengkareng (West Jakarta), Tangerang. It is
22 km away from the event venue and approximately 1-hour drive.

ONLINE TRANSPORTATION
Visitors can use online transportation services such as Blue Bird, Gojek, and Grab to travel around
Jakarta. These services are convenient and widely available in the city.

When do I get my badge?

Your registration badge will be available for pickup at the registration desk starting from 5.00 pm on
June 3, 2024. Only registered attendees are permitted to pick up their badges.
To get your badge, please bring the registration barcode available in your registered email and your
profile on the Indonesia Miner Mobile Apps. Please also present a valid ID card (KTP/ Passport/ KITAS/
Driving License) for verification.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you can no longer attend the event, you may cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the date of
the event by notifying us by email at info@indonesiaminer.com. Upon cancellation, you will be entitled
to receive a credit for a future event of your choice (up to the value of sums paid by you in respect of
the event).
Is this event available virtually?
No, Indonesia Miner Conference & Exhibition 2024 is a full live event.
Can I attend the conference for only one day?
In case you are not available for all three days, you can attend the event for just one day. However, it
does not affect the ticket package that has been purchased.
Can I share my event ticket with another person?
No. Tickets are issued to an individual and are not transferable between event sessions/days.
Is substitution possible?
In case you are not able to attend the event after registration for any reason, you can send a substitute
to replace you at no extra cost. The name of the substitute should be provided at least 14 days before
the event.
Can tickets be purchased on-site at the event?
No, all tickets must be purchased online through the official Indonesia Miner website. The price during
the event will be USD 1.100/ Pax/ 3-day event.
Are food and drinks available during the event?
Yes, complimentary food and drinks will be provided based on the package you purchased. If your pass
does not include food and drinks, there will be restaurants and coffee shops available around the hotel
to accommodate you.
Is there a facility for one-on-one meetings with other participants?
This facility is only available to certain sponsors. However, you can try to propose a meeting through
the Indonesia Miner Mobile App.
Can presentation materials and event recordings be downloaded after the event ends?
Yes, presentation materials and event recordings will be available on the Indonesia Miner Mobile Apps
at the end of the event day.
Is there an opportunity to access the networking function after the event is over?
No, networking functions are only available during the event.
Will this event be held again next year?
Yes, there will be an upcoming Indonesia Miner Conference & Exhibition 2025. Make sure to monitor

What do I need to prepare before attending the event?

Make sure to register and download the Indonesia Miner Mobile Apps to ease the registration process
on the event day. In the app, you can also communicate with other participants.

When can I download the Indonesia Miner Mobile App and what can I do with it?
The Indonesia Miner Mobile Apps can be downloaded 14 days before the event. In the app, you can
obtain information related to the event schedule and participant profiles and communicate with other
participants.
