Description:
D001 DURABUILD INTEGRAL WATERPROOFING COMPOUND COMPOUND is a waterproofing
liquid admixture for concrete/ mortar with high water reducing and pore blocking
ability. It is a blend of specialized active ingredients to waterproof concrete when
there is permeability through hydrostatic head pressure or capillary absorption.

Uses:

Most suitable for production of flowing concrete, pumped concrete, pre-stressed

concrete as well as industrial/commercial flooring and floor toppings. Most effective
waterproofing through large water reduction and higher strength for basements,
reservoirs, retaining walls, canals, bridges, swimming pools, dams, water tank, roof
deck, basement, lift pit, or in a situation where hydro insulation is a must.

Features:

o New generation waterproofing-cum-superplasticiser.

o Higher strength and impermeability of concrete is greatly improved.
o Highest possible water tightness achieved through lower w/c, thereby ensuring
durability of concrete structure.
o With increased cohesion, segregation and bleeding are substantially reduced.
o Is highly effective in reduction of permeability due to hydrostatic head pressure
or capillary action or both.
o Contains active corrosion inhibitors which protect steel against corrosion.
o Improved surface finish of concrete.
o Improved pumpability and workability.
o Reduced shrinkage crack development in plaster and concrete.
o Chloride free safe in pre-stressed and re-inforced concrete.

Application Method:
Make use of strong water reducing action and follow relevant rules of mix design
and concreting practices. DURABUILD Integral Waterproofing Compound
admixture may be added along with 20% mixing water to the concrete/mortar mix.
Place and cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices.

Shelf Life:

12 months from the date of manufacturing when kept in cool, dry, unopened and
undamaged original packing condition.

Health & Safety:

o Skin Contact: Wash skin with soap & water. Remove contaminated clothes.
o On eye contact: Immediately splash eyes with plenty of water. Consult
Physician if irritation persists.
o Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person. Call a Physician.
