This refers to your letter dated February 15, 2024 duly received by the Office of the
Regional Director of this region on February 19, 2024 protesting therewith the assessment
issued against you for taxable year 2020 covering Final Assessment Notice and Formal Letter
Demand (FAN/FLD) No. 00648 dated December 29, 2023.

Please be informed that the docket of your case was returned to this office and
referred to Revenue Officer JOLINA D. SUWALAWAN under Group Supervisor MARITES O.
ESGUERRA for further action.

In this regard, you are required to submit all necessary and pertinent documents to
support your claims/disagreements relative to the stated FAN/FLD. However, if you fail to
submit such documents within Sixty (60) days from the date of filing of your protest
pursuant to Sec. 3.1.5 of Revenue Regulation (RR) No. 12-99 as amended by RR No. 18-2013,
the assessment will become final, executory and demandable.
