REQUEST FOR UTILIZATION OF LS COURT FOR MATHEMATICAL SOCIETY’S

Greetings in the name of the Student Service!

The Mathematical Society Organization is one of the college-based organizations in the College of Education,
which is mainly responsible for enforcing and administering events and activities among the Mathematics major
students, where the goal of each activity is aligned with the goals and values of the college and the university.

The Mathematical Society Organization will be having a Sports Festival among the members of the
Mathematical Society. The date of the activity will be on November 18 & 20, 2023 at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We
would like to request the Laboratory School Court as the venue of our activity. This activity aims to to show
talents of the members of Mathematical Society through different sports and to strengthen the spirit of
sportsmanship and camaraderie among the members of the Mathematical Society.

With that being said, the Mathematical Society Organization would like to respectfully seek your approval.
