SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN RESOLUTION NO.06-2024

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT
(ABYIP) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 OF BARANGAY AGONG-ONG, UTILIZING
THE 10% SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUNDS ON THE AMOUNT OF THREE
HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR AND
SEVENTY CENTAVOS (PHP 364,374.70)
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 329 of RA No. 7160 and section 20 (a) of RA No.
10742 ten percent (10%) of the general fund of barangay shall be set aside for the Sangguniang
Kabataan (SK).

WHEREAS, the newly set of Sangguniang Kabataan Official of Barangay Agong-ong have
formulated the annual Budget for calendar year 2024 in accordance to the need of the youth that
would help improve the lived of the Katipunan ng Kabataan members.
 WHEREAS, the formulated ABYIP utilizing 10% Sangguniang Kabataan Funds is a vital
strategy which focus on the development of morale and standard of the youth in the field of
leadership aspect in the community for which they are the future leader of our country.

WHEREAS, the design plan, program, and activities intended for the youth are very essential
for empowerment which involves capacity building, quality education, environmental protection,
youth employment and livelihood proposal to challenge them to participate in the government instead
of making rebellion, drug addiction and other violation of the existing law.

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN OF BARANGAY AGONG-ONG to approve its 2024 Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Program.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to attach copies of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment

Program as integral part of this resolution and furnish copies of this resolution to the concerned
offices for their information guidelines and appropriate action.

Adopted this 4 TH day of February at Barangay Agong-ong, Barangay session hall,

Buenavista, Agusan Del Norte.

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN RESOLUTION NO. 7-2024

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN OF BARANGAY AGONG-ONG, BUENAVISTA, AGUSAN DEL NORTE
FOR C.Y. 2024 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR AND SEVENTY CENTAVOS (PHP
364,374.70) COVERING THE VARIOUS EXPENDITURES FOR THE OPERATION OF
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY AGONG-ONG FOR C.Y 2024 AND
APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with section 329 of RA No. 7160 and section 20 (a) of RA No.
10742 ten percent (10%) of the general fund of barangay shall be set aside for the Sangguniang
Kabataan (SK).

WHEREAS, the newly set of Sangguniang Kabataan Official of Barangay Agong-ong have

 WHEREAS, the Annual Budget of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Agong-ong
Buenavista, Agusan del Norte for the C.Y. 2024 covering the various expenditures for the operation
of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Agong-ong for C.Y. 2024 with a total amount of three
hundred sixty four thousand three hundred seventy four and seventy centavos (Php 364,374.70)
