 Inclusions
1. All meals (Ala carte) throughout the stay (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea, Snacks).
2. Transportation with fuel throughout the trip (Bike-twin sharing/Cab). If you prefer
solo bike, then the package cost will be 49K.
3. By default RE Himalayan bike will be given. If you prefer some other bike, it can be
arranged based on availability (package cost may vary based on bike preferred).
4. Backup vehicle (in-case of bike breakdown).
5. Mechanic support throughout the trip.
6. People who choose bike with fuel package will get helmet in the package for both
rider and pillion.
7. Accommodation on sharing basis in hotels and camps.
8. Photography & Videography Coverage (Drone, Go Pro, DSLR).
9. Emergency mobile number to stay in touch (in terrains where other network does
not work only BSNL works).
10. All entry fee.
11. All (ILP) Inner Line Permits & Environment fee.
12. Himachal & Ladakh union fee and wildlife fees for restricted areas.
13. Adventure packed trip with well-planned itinerary.
14. Basic first aid/medical kit and oxygen cylinder.
15. Briefing by specialists on how to travel / keep yourself safe and healthy during
Expedition. We will send mails prior to departure on how to pack list of things you
need to carry and things to know.
 Exclusions
1. Flight charges. (We will guide on what flight needs to be booked (or) we can
book as bulk tickets on a specific flight).
2. Transport charges to Manali.
3. Any extra cost (Transportation-Accommodation) arising due to natural
calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes) or
change in law, etc. (to be borne by the client as per actual, which is directly
payable on the spot).
4. Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the
way.
5. Expenses of personal nature such as medicines, table drinks, telephone calls,
laundry, camera fee for still or video camera, tips to drivers, local guides,
and hotel staff.
6. Any item, activity or facility other than clearly mentioned within the
inclusions & itinerary.
 Terms & Conditions
1. Himachal & Ladakh Union territory covid guidelines will be followed.
2. People who choose bike + fuel package have to pay the cost for damage if
they make any.
3. Trip schedule is subjected to change as per road, weather and other
unavoidable conditions (Leh is an high altitude terrain with harsh weather
conditions).
4. Organizers have the right to take decision depending on above. Your
suggestions are still welcome.
5. We will follow the guidelines of Himachal & Ladakh Union territory and
strictly abide by the rules.
6. Strictly no suitcase/trolley bags are allowed. 1 backpack bag(max 15kg) & 1
handbag(max 5kg) are allowed.
7. Participants will be responsible for their personal belongings on the trip and
we are not responsible for any loss.
