Kits not dispatched on time

Root causes Analysis report:


On verification we found 7th Nov 2023 dated file which was supposed to be dispatch on 8 th Nov 2023 were dispatched
on 13th Nov 2023. On further analysis, we found MCT received an internal communication from dispatch team stating
that AWB number which were printed was not readable, so all the kits were taken back, re-print was done and sent
on 13th Nov 2023, on analysis for not reading of the awb number, we found that the there was a issue in the
machine, where drying unit was not working properly, which was rectified by the machine supplier on the same day.

During Production, operator immediately after printing has scanned the barcode, which was reading properly, but
after proper drying the toner started to get erased and was coming out of paper which made barcode improper to
read.

Corrective & Preventive actions:

We have discussed the same with development team, we have a found a solution that, hence forth rub test must be
done immediately after the printing of the sheet on random basis. Which will ensure the erasable property of the
toner. By this we can address the issue in future.

We have instructed Key account support team to keep posted on the delay due to production issue.

Hence by doing this we can control the system full and can ensure this instance will not report in the future.
