PAYMENT TERMS
Tuition fees are annual and may be paid in 12 monthly instalments, except for Form 5; which is payable over 11 monthly
instalments. Parents who wish to settle the annual fee before the 7th of January of each year, will receive a settlement
discount of 5% per annum. Termly payments are due before the 7th of invoicing month, to qualify for 2.5% settlement
discount.

Monthly instalments are due on or before the 7th of each month, commencing the 7th of January of each year. The final
instalment for December is however due on the 29th of November of the said year. Debit orders are run on the 1st day of
every month.

10% Sibling discount applicable from 2nd child onwards. Please refer to the Payment Policy for further information.

AFTERCARE (Outsourced)

CLOSING TIME IS STRICTLY Mon – Thurs 17h30 (5:30pm) and Friday 17h00
Parents will be expected to supply a list of the extra-mural activities in which the child is involved at the beginning of each term. Children
will not be allowed to attend any activity without your written permission. Students must report to the aftercare centre immediately after
their extra-mural activity. For your child's safety you will be expected to produce your collection card to sign him/her out.

NB This is a 12 month contract; January to November being full price and discount for December being at half price. Please note in signing
the enrolment form you are agreeing to adhere to all terms and conditions of this contract at all times. No notice may be given for the
months of November and December.

The children will be under the supervision of appointed personnel and will be expected to observe the times set for homework / study.
Children will have to adhere to the Schools code of conduct. Good behaviour will be recognized. After 3 (three) offenses it can result in
immediate expulsion from the aftercare.

HOURS
The aftercare centre will operate from first day of school 2020 – ONE WEEK AFTER CLOSE OF SCHOOL DEC School holidays: Aftercare will
only operate if 10 or more children attend each day.
We will be closed for any additional school holidays that were not indicated on the school calendar at the beginning of the year. We close
for public holidays.
The hours of the aftercare centre are strictly from normal school closing until 17h30 (Mon-Thurs) and 17h00 (Friday). Parents who collect
their children after closing time will be charged with a spot fine (R50/10 min). School Holidays times are 07h00 – 17h00
(Mon- Fri).
