believe that travel should be both fun and stress-
free, which is why we take care of all the details so
you can relax and enjoy your vacation. So, whether
you're looking for a quick weekend getaway or a
month-long adventure, let Leisure Escapades
Travel Agency help you plan your next
unforgettable trip.
Before proceeding with your booking, we kindly ask
you to carefully read and understand the following
terms and conditions set by our travel agency,
Leisure Escapades Travel & Tours, Co. These terms
and conditions are intended to ensure a safe and
enjoyable travel experience for all our clients.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS:

a. The travel agency requires full payment at the time of booking to secure the
reservation. Payment can be made through credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The
travel agency will not confirm any booking until full payment has been received.
b. In the case of group bookings, they require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the
total tour price to secure the reservation. Full payment must be made at least 30 days
prior to the start of the tour.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
a. Cancellations must be made in writing through the designated website provided by
the travel agency. They will confirm the cancellation in writing and provide the guest with
the cancellation fee amount.
b. No refunds will be given for any unused services or activities included in the tour
package.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE:
a. The travel agency shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or
inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond their control.
b. Travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal

liability is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the traveler.
CHANGES TO ITINERARY:
a. The tour package includes all the activities and destinations specified in the
itinerary.
b. Any additional expenses incurred by the client outside of the package inclusions
will be at their own expense.
TRANSPORTATION:
a. All transportation during the tour will be provided by the travel agency, unless
otherwise stated in the itinerary.
b. The travel agency reserves the right to use any type of vehicle that is deemed
safe and appropriate for the tour.
ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS:
a. The tour package includes accommodation in a hotel as specified in the
itinerary.
b. The guest is responsible for any additional expenses such as meals or

activities not included in the tour package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
a. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all required travel documents,
including passports, visas, and health certificates, are obtained and valid for the
duration of the tour.
b. Any costs or consequences resulting from the traveler's failure to meet these
requirements are the traveler's responsibility.
FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event of a force majeure event, the said travel agency will make every
effort to provide alternative services or activities of an equal or higher standard.
However, the guest acknowledges and accepts that this may not always be
possible.
