As hydrotest is initially conducted internally from our end so the Blind flanges / caps of
the BWE venturies shall be in capped position. So Dimensional inspection internally

General Notes :
# All tests/test certificates shall be carried out / reviewed with respect to approved datasheets and specifications.
# All the test and measuring instruments shall be calibrated in a standard laboratory and the vendor shall produce valid calibration documents for the purposes of verification. The calibration shall be traceable to any of the approved national laboratories. Accuracy of test and measuring

instruments used by the vendor shall be at least two times better than the accuracy of the instrument being tested.
# All raw material (i.e. forgings, piezometric ring pipes & fittings) as well as Welding consumable shall be procured with maximum simulated heat treatment cycles anticipated in the fabrication/manufacturing plus one additional cycle for any repair.
# PWHT shall be mandatory for all Gr. 91 items / equipment irrespective of the thickness and supplier Engineer witness reports shall be submitted for inspector review.
2 # All NDE shall be carried out after 48 hours of welding/PWHT and all NDE results shall be evaluated and accepted by NDE Level‐II certified as per SNT‐TC‐1A inspector.
# Upon receipt of welding consumable at Vendor/Sub‐vendor works, batch wise testing to be carried out as per relevant codes / standards and shall meet applicable specification requirements, before utilizing the consumables for fabrication.
