Dear Mr. Polloso:

Greetings!

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am aware about the active Transmission Line
Project happening in my barangay, the Tacurong – Kalamansig 69Kv, and I also support this
government project.

According to your negotiator, Allen Jay Dela Rosa, all the project affected person’s will be
compensated by NGCP project including those; Crops and Land improvements, house
structure, land easement fee and tower/pole. However, I would like to request from your good
office to please consider the areas in Barangay Sison to be exempted by the payment on
easement fee for the following reasons:

a. Long Ago, year 1995 there was a tragedy (a Flash Flood) Happened in the Brgy. Sison,
that the disaster made a great damage.

b. The title that was affected by your project was not the actual occupant due to
erroneous settlement of the occupants. Those are; Lot 504-A, 504-B, 504-M, 504-E,
504-F, 504-H, 505-I, 505-F, 505-G, 506-F.

c. I, as the barangay Captain projected to correct the error and consolidate all the titles to
settle the property of my people to avoid conflict in the help of DAR and DENR.

Hoping that this request may granted and I as barangay captain support the implementation
of the government project anytime if the payment on the crops and improvements will be
given to the project affected person.
