ADİL ÜCRET POLİTİKASI

Nordes Gıda, bu kurallar çerçevesinde belirlenmiş beklentiler göz ardı edilmeksizin, işçilerin, yasalarca verilen sosyal
hakların yanında kendileri ve aileleri için insanca bir yaşam sağlamaya yetecek adil bir ücret alma hakkına saygı
gösterir, bu konuda gerekli araştırmalarını yapar.
Nordes Gıda, asgari olarak, devletin asgari ücret mevzuatı tarafından zorunlu tutulan ücretler ya da toplu sözleşme
temelinde onaylanmış endüstri standartlarından hangisi daha yüksekse, buna uyacağını kabul ve taahhüt eder.
Nordes Gıda, Ücretler, zamanında, düzenli olarak ve eksiksiz olarak ulusal para biriminde ödenir. Ücret düzeyleri,
çalışanların beceri ve eğitim seviyesini yansıtır ve normal çalışma sürelerine atıfta bulunur ve mevcut ise fazla mesai
ücretlerini içerir.
Nordes Gıda, Kesintilere yalnızca yasalarda açıklanan koşullar altında ve yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde ya da toplu
sözleşmede belirlendiği üzere izin verir, yasal olmayan hiçbir kesintiyi gerçekleştirmeyeceğini kabul ve taahhüt eder.

FAIR WAGE POLICY

Nordes Gıda respects the right of workers to receive a fair wage sufficient to ensure a decent living for themselves
and their families, as well as the social rights granted by law, without disregarding the expectations set within the
framework of these rules, and makes the necessary research on this issue.
Nordes Gıda agrees and undertakes that, at a minimum, it will comply with the wages mandated by state minimum
wage legislation or industry standards approved on the basis of collective bargaining, whichever is higher.
Nordes Gıda, Wages are paid on time, regularly and in full in the national currency. Wage levels reflect the level of
skill and training of employees and refer to normal working hours and include overtime pay where applicable.
Nordes Gıda allows deductions only under the conditions described in the law and to the extent permitted by law or
as specified in the collective agreement, and accepts and undertakes that it will not make any illegal deductions.
