DETAILED NOTIFICATION FOR SECOND AND FINAL PHASE ADMISSIONS

The qualified and eligible candidates of AP LAWCET/ PG LAWCET -2023 are

informed to register for Second and Final phase Admission Counseling from 21-12-2023 to
23-12-2023. The details of colleges, tuition fee and all other important information are
placed on the Website https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Candidates are informed to visit this
website before they go for Registration and Web options. Candidates are informed to upload
their certificates at https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. for verification.

CERTIFICATES TO BE UPLOADED BY ALL CANDIDATES.

1. APLAWCET-2023 Rank Card & Hall Ticket.

2. Degree / Intermediate or its equivalent pass certificate, Consolidated Marks Memo
(CMM) and Provisional Certificate (PC)/ Original Degree (OD).
3. Transfer certificate.
4. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
5. Study certificate giving the details of past seven years of study from 1st appearance of
qualifying exam.
6. Residence certificate for preceding seven (7) years of the qualifying examination.
7. Latest Income Certificate / White Ration card, issued by the competent authority
containing the name of the candidate.
8. Aadhar card OR any Govt. ID (PAN / DRIVING LICENCE).
9. Caste Certificate, etc., issued by competent authority containing the name of the
candidate.
10. PH/Sports/CAP/NCC / Scouts & Guides.
11. Minority Certificate (SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head
Master).
12. EWS Certificate if applicable.

Fee to be paid: (At the Time of Registration):

1) The Qualified and eligible Candidates of APLAWCET-2023 who have participated in

first phase Counseling need not pay the processing fee once again. These candidates
are informed to exercise their options afresh for the leftover seats now available
and consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment, additional
seats available in new colleges/courses.

2) Non-refundable Processing Fee Rs.1000/- (OC/BC), Rs.500/-(SC/ST/PH).

Through payment gateway (Bill desk) provided in the website
https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. by entering hall ticket no and rank using
credit/debit card/net banking/other channels.
 3) The candidates who have not participated in first phase are directed to get their
certificates verified in this final phase as per the schedule given below.

4) Tuition Fee particulars and seats available under Convener Quota College wise will
be made available on the website https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. before the
commencement of Option Entry.

Note: 1) a. Eligibility for Admission into 3Year LLB course :10+2+3 (Regular/Distance
Method from a recognized university of India or outside or equivalent.
b. Eligibility for Admission into 5Year LLB course: 10+2 (such as 11+1), ‘A’
level in Senior School leaving certificate course from a recognized university of
India or Outside or equivalent.

The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation/post-graduation through

Open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for
prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission into law courses.
 2)Mere allotment of a seat through the admission counselling will not guarantee the
admission to the candidate unless he /she satisfy the eligibility criteria for
admission as per the Bar Council of India guidelines notified time to time.
