SUB: Representation v.1ith reference to Transfer Order dt 06/06/2024 from

Bhagwanpur{23 l 0) to Region-3 PAURI

In reference to my transfer order dated 06.06.2024, I have been transferred from

Bhagwanpur(23 l 0) to Region-3 PAURI. I want to bring to your kind attention that I have
completed only 2years and 6 months in Region-S Haridwar as well as Roorkee Centre. Also
I will not have completed stay of 5 years in our module AO-3 Debra.dun as on date
30/06/2024.
I also wish to bring to your kind notice that I was transferred to Region-5 immediately after
completion of my maternity leave and therefore I have a 2year old son and along with this,
my husband was recently diagnosed with Chronic Liver disease and Crohn's Disease for
which he is getting treated at Roorkee. Due to the current situation, it will be extremely
difficult for me and my family if I were to relocate far from them in such conditions.

So, I request your good selves to kindly accept my representation for retention at current
Region considering my situation.
