Reflecting on the challenges faced by indigenous women due to
globalization, economic liberalization, and various forms of discrimination, it becomes evident that urgent action is needed to address these issues comprehensively. The discussion on March 2 shed light on the devastating impacts of these phenomena on indigenous communities, particularly women, including displacement, loss of livelihoods, health disparities, limited access to education and decision-making, and systemic discrimination, also we tackle about the gender socialization in religion and government which we didn't discuss it that long, because we running out of time that day.
Nonetheless, we tackle discrimination against indigenous women, a
multifaceted strategy is essential. The strategies of speaking up, pointing out, being a living example, and giving it a try can play crucial roles in this endeavor.
In general, combining these strategies and working collaboratively at
individual, community, institutional, and policy levels, we can make meaningful progress in addressing discrimination against indigenous women, promoting their rights and empowerment, and creating a more inclusive and equitable society for all.
