2024 Fixed Pay and On-Target Variable Pay
Your 2024 on-target variable pay represents the full-time equivalent level of award you may
expect to receive if certain conditions – including individual, business and HSBC group Base Salary ₹440,000
performance targets, are met. It is for indicative reference only, is not a guarantee or Allowances ₹660,000

On-Target Variable Pay ₹121,100
Fixed pay excludes provident fund and gratuity.

All figures shown have been rounded to the nearest whole number for purposes of this pay statement.
Variable Pay
Please note that any and all elements of your variable pay are subject to the terms and conditions of your employment with the company. Subject to any
applicable local law and /or regulation you shall have no right to receive any variable pay if on or before the award or payment date of any variable pay
award i) you are suspended, placed under investigation and/or subject to disciplinary proceedings; ii) your employment terminates for any reason; or iii) you
are under notice of termination (whether given by you or any company within the HSBC Group of companies). The payment of any variable pay elements,
whether in cash or otherwise, does not confer any right to receive an amount, whether in cash or otherwise, next year or at any time in the future.
Immediate Cash
Your award will be paid through payroll, less any statutory withholdings, subject to i) you being in employment and not under notice of termination, either
given to or received from any company within the HSBC Group of companies and ii) you not being suspended, placed under investigation and/or subject to
any disciplinary proceedings on the payment date.
