6.1 Display connection error message in the screen

When there is Pop-up display in Error message.

Please check 3 points as here-below ;

6.1.1 Zero adjustment

When “AC Connection Error” message is displayed in the touch screen, and the zero value is
under 0(zero) or over 90000 in LCD in the main board, the zero value must be adjusted by use of
tmip-port.

*Direction of turning

Left turning : Decreasing of value

Right turning: Increasing of value

The normal Zero value must be adjusted between

20000~50000 by use of turning of blue color’s trim-
pot at the right upper placed of main board.
If the zero value cannot be decreasing under 90000,
the load cell is out of order.
The load cell must be replaced.

After A/D Convertor value is set, the machine must be re-booted.

6.1.2 LOADCELL TEST

This is for the test by use of tester whether the loadcell is normal or not

The voltage between EX+ and EX- is 9.8~10V.

SEN-
SEN+ This is a normal state.

SIG+
However, the voltage range is out of this,
EX-
EX+ the output voltage value of power supply must be
checked first.

The voltage between SIG+ and SIG- is around 10mV.

SEN-
SEN+ But, if its voltage is over 16mV, the load cell is out of

SIG- order. So, the laod cell must be replaced.

**If the load cell is used by other brand’s one, SEN+,- must be short like as above photo.

6.1.3 Communication Error

<Confirm LED>

(Main board)

There are 2 LED at the place of left below on the main board.

*Upper LED: When the touch screen is normally connected with the main board,
the red color of LED is a light on.
*Lower LED: When the touch screen is normally connected with the main board,
the yellow color of LED is a light on.

So, you can confirm the communication status between the touch screen and main board
by LED light color.

If the cable has a wrong connection between the touch screen and main board,
“AD connection Error” message can be displayed on the touch screen.

6.2 Rejector Error

6.2.1 In case of open the FUSE

The lever position of Multi-meter is placed to the buzzer function.
Two probe of multi-meter contacts to the both ends of fuse.
If there is the beep sound, the fuse is a normal state.

6.2.2 When the output mode does not be set,

If the output mode does not be set properly, the rejector error comes out.
So, please check the setting status of output mode.
“Setup - Setup System -- AC setup -- Set output mode”

*In case double entry,

if the rejector is Pusher type,
it’s default value is 000(zero).

6.2.3 When the double entry comes out (In case of Pusher typr rejector)
The double entry items cannot be rejected in case of Pusher type rejector.
So, there comes out the rejecting error.
This condition must be confirmed first when the rejector is used by the pusher type.

6.2.4 When there is no Air pressure,

The rejector can have an abnormal operation under no air pressure.
So, the Air valve and connection status must be checked.

[A/C] required standard air pressure : 5kg/cm2

Close the valve Open the valve

6.3 Conveyor driving Error

6.3.1 Emergency Stop / When “SA” is displayed in Inverter,

If “emergency s/w check” message is displayed in the screen, ensure the E-stop button are not pressed.
If E-stop button is pressed, please release it turning by right direction.

Emergency Button

In addition,
if there happens the conveyor driving error by emergency stop button, “SA” message is automatically
displayed on Inverter by self-protecting function in inverter.
또한, 비상정지 상태로 인해 컨베이어 구동 에러가 발생하였을 때 인버터에서는 인버터의 보호기능이
동작해서 표시부가 아래와 같은 “SA”라는 에러 표시가 자동적으로 나타납니다.
(Please refer to the guide list of each error message for the Inverter)

“SA” means to the stop for the safety.” ,.

It is self-protecting function.

6.3.2 Motor and Inverter Error

If the motor is out of order, or has a wrong wiring connection, error message will be displayed on the
Inverter.
Please refer to the below table.

6.3.3 When the speed data does not input in the part number setting,
When the speed data does not input in the part number setting, this causes the conveyor driving
error. Please check whether the speed is set correctly.
In order to check this, enter into “Setup -- P/N Set - Speed Set”
(If the speed data does not be input, please set it like as below photos.))

6.3.4 In case of wrong connection

If the connector has a wrong insertion, this also causes the conveyor driving error
Please check the connection status whether it is correct or not like as following photos.
(If it is a wrong connection, LED goes out the light)

6.4 Save (back-up) error by USB

6.4.1 Set the save of production record

When the production record is set to “SAVE”, the data can be back-up by use of USB.
If the save work is failed, please check this function is set to “SAVE”.

6.4.2 Save by USB

Step 1
Insert the USB memory, then enter into
the accumulation screen..

Step 2
If the blue light on the USB icon comes On,
the back-up is a normal condition..

 Step 3
The message of “Do you want to delete inside saved
data?” in Pop-up window will be displayed when you
press the icon.

Step 4
If you touch “Yes”, the data will save to USB
memory after inside data in USB is deleted.

6.1.6 Password Error
If you forget the password, please re-set it by the following method.
Initial setting password in factory is 1234.

6.3.1 Master Password

Method 1)
If you know the saved date in the program, you can use this method 1.

Step 1
If you touch the point of upper right corner on the
setup screen, the pop-up window is displayed like
as the photo

Step 2
After you input the master pass “56”,
input again two digits of setting date in
program.
The password is composed of total 4 digits.

Step 3
You can enter into the User setup screen.
And, the new password can be set..

 Method 2)
If you do not know the saved date in the program, you can use this method 2.

Step 1
If you touch the point of upper right corner on the setup screen, the pop-up window is displayed like as the
photo.

Step 2
If you input the password “5600”, then enter, the password error message is displayed.

After clicking OK, the master password pop-up window will appear again..

Step 3
Enter 5688 in the master password that pops up secondly and press Enter to return to the user setting screen.
You will be entered with the password set disabled and you can reset your password.
