‭ espected Sir, I am GAURAV , aged 19,Last Year I passed My Class 12 residing in Delhi. I‬

‭was among the 24 lakh students who appeared for the medical entrance this year. I have‬
‭decided to write this letter to express my concern regarding the‬‭unfair distribution of the‬
‭question paper to students, a night before the scheduled exam‬‭. The paper was‬
‭disclosed by an organised gang after thorough planning and proper execution. The NTA has‬
‭been silent on the matter so far, as multiple new developments in the investigation keep‬
‭taking place with each passing day. This paper leak will have an impact on all the students‬
‭who gave the examination, since the students who had access to the paper would inevitably‬
‭score well, increasing the overall cut-off for a government Medical seat. It is next to‬
‭impossible to know how many students had that unfair advantage, as communication‬
‭platforms offer instant messaging and sending of files, documents, images, etc. Apart from‬
‭this, there have been multiple instances where a “proxy” gives the exam for a particular‬
‭student, demanding huge amounts of money from the applicant. A few officials, at various‬
‭positions in bureaucracy have been identified as suspects. Many FIR reports have been‬
‭registered, statements taken and a PIL has been filed in the Hon’ble High Court of Patna. It‬
‭would be a pity if even a single doctor receives his/her licence due to unfair means. That‬
‭doctor would certainly not be fit to practise, as the whole foundation of his/her admission‬
‭would be based on corruption and malpractice. It would be an injustice to a number of‬
‭patients who would consult that doctor, hoping to get a cure for their ailments. The paper‬
‭leak and other incidents itself are injustice to all the students who have studied and put in‬
‭their blood, sweat and tears for at least 2-3 years. It would be my humble request to the‬
‭Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, to put a stay on the results of the NEET 2024, order a quick‬
‭investigation and consider re-conduction of the examination if there are massive leak of‬
‭question paper found in investigation. A similar situation occurred in 2015, where there was‬
‭a leak of question paper in the state of Haryana, in the case of Tanvi Sarwal vs Central‬
‭Board of Secondary Education, W.P. (Civil) No. 298/2015. The exam was re-conducted‬
‭successfully as it denied equality to the students and a fair chance at qualifying the‬
‭examination. It is gravely disheartening to know that money has the ability to trump‬
‭hard-work and dedication in the world that we live in.Also you‬

‭ ther than this there Many incident occurs which show involvement of NTA official as per my‬

‭ ‬‭.In Gujarat as Examiner which is present in 5 may‬‭2024 exam told cheater student "Leave‬

‭Lakh To Solve NEET Paper after the completion of exam lucky they are Captured by Police‬
‭It clearly shows involvement of NTA official show they get access of OMR sheet in‬
‭transportation ot etc‬

‭ . In Delhi on 18 May 2024 Delhi Police Arrested 4 Individuals, Including 2 MBBS Students‬

‭as they are Proxy of original neet aspirant they charge lakhs of rupees to write there exam‬
‭ ir think how they get entry in exam centre other students need to follow strict guidelines to‬

‭get entry in exam centre even in some cases of last years student do not allow to write exam‬
‭if they wear underwear‬
‭It maybe involvement of NTA exam superintendent of that centre‬

‭3. And many Cases of proxy candidate found on this year in many states‬

‭ on’ble Supreme Court of India sir i am very depressed what is this mismanagement and‬

‭We don't know how many more proxy‬‭(Maybe they also‬‭get question before exam which‬
‭is leak from Bihar say by in FIR copy of patna police‬‭)‬ ‭plz sir do the justice stay the‬
‭NEET 2024 result and proper investigation order for 24 lakhs of student with there parents‬
‭means total 1 Core people directly/indirectly affected by this paper leak and other miss‬
‭mismanagement by NTA in NEET exam‬

‭ ence, it is prayed that, his Lordship may take cognizance of the present serious issue and‬

‭pass appropriate orders on the judicial side to ensure that each student gets a fair chance‬
‭and equal opportunity at qualifying the examination.‬
