INTRODUCTION

Entrepreneurialism can be defined as the ability to start new businesses,


especially when this involves seeing new opportunities to make money.In modern
entrepreneurship, individuals collaborate to create new businesses.

Modern entrepreneurialism is the process of starting, developing, and scaling a


business, involving innovation, creativity, and the ability to adapt to changing
market conditions.

Here are a few ways you can encourage equal participation in your business:

1. Encourage diversity.
