day of margs and to celebrate we'll be serving jugs of house-made red and white sangria for
up $12 classic and spicy margaritas. 90-minutes plus shared plates of guacamole,
corn ribs, chorizo and churros.

Reposado - Translating to ‘rested’; these lightly golden tequilas are rested in an oak
barrel for 2-11 months. A good halfway point between those classic tequila flavours and

Anejo - Spanish for ‘aged’, these are closer in flavour to a whiskey. Aged for 12-36 floral notes, aniseed, light fruits
months in oak barrels, with deeper flavours of vanilla, toffee, baking spices and oak.

Extra Anejo - Must spend 3+ years ageing in oak. Producers tend to use a variety of 11 months in american oak
wood for ageing, including ex-sherry, ex-wine and ex-bourbon casks. Very heavy influence honey, vanilla, sweet agave
from the wood, leading to strong notes of vanilla and toffee.

Mezcal
TAPATIO BLANCO | Blanco 28 Derived from the Aztec word for agave, Mezcal is produced using a variety of different

species of agave. Unlike Tequila, the agave is slow roasted in underground woodfired pits
cooked agave, capsicum, pepper to slowly release the sugars and impart the characteristic smoky and earthy flavours.
