Dear Students
A holiday is an opportunity to journey within ourselves. Let’s take the opportunity to
upgrade ourselves along with our family and spent quality time polishing our moral values
to be responsible citizens.
1. Plant seasonal Vegetables like white gourd, bitter gourd, bottle gourd, cucumber etc. in
pots/soil as per availability. Look at them grow and enjoy the crop!
2. Water the plants in your house daily.
3. Calculate the area and perimeter after measuring length and breadth of the floor of your
room.
4. Write down the names of spices used in your kitchen on a coloured A4 size sheet (
take your mother’s guidance)
5. With the help of your parents and grandparents create a family tree and give suitable
adjectives to each member.
6. Watch your grandparents’ favorite film with them. Learn a song from them and practice
with them daily. Video record it and share with your class incharge.
7. Energy Consumption
Noting Down of observation of the following on A4 size sheet.
 Minimum and maximum temperature daily
 Weekly consumption of electricity units consumed with help of father
For Science consider this task which has been allocated roll number wise but has to be done
individually

Prepare a PowerPoint Presentation on the topic Refer to the books, magazines or the Internet to
collect the information. Ensure to include the following points in the presentation:
 Various categories of pesticides along with their examples
 Reason for using pesticides
 Effects of pesticides on soil (both long and short term effects)
 main crop and water sources birds, animals, insects and humans
 Case study of an Indian industrial disaster associated with pesticides
Roll No. 16-25: Working model of an electromagnet
Roll No. 25-35: Prepare a report on topic' Discolouration of Taj Mahal'
 Ensure to include following points:
 Type of material used to build Taj Mahal.
 Pollutants responsible for deteriorating the structure of Taj Mahal.
 Enlist the dangerous caused to the Taj Mahal.
 Measures to preserve the structure of Taj Mahal.

ਉੱਤੇ ਲਿਖੋ।

1) Paste the Images of Monuments de France in the scrap book and write 2-3 lines about them.
2) Révise and learn Regular and irregular ER, IR, RE verbs and conjugate any 10 verbs in the
notebook.
3) Révise the rules of Adjectives.

4.साहित्यपुस्तकात् 1,2,3 अध्यायानां पुनरावृत्तिं कु रुत।
5.इण्टरनेटसहायतया एकं संस्कृ तगीतं अभ्यासपुस्तिकायां लिखित्वा स्मरत।
ध्यातव्यम्- हस्तलेखनं स्वच्छं शोभनीयं च भवेत्।
