Please note following before submitting offers

1. Time is essence for this Job and offers are to be provided with vehicle deployment schedule. All the vehicles to be
placed within 03-04 days after getting the confirmation mail or as advised by EIC. Penalty @ 3% of WO value will be
applicable in-case of failing to comply with the same.
2. Please note that deduction @ 5% of WO value will be applicable for transit delay beyond 15 days from the date of
dispatch.
3. Contractor’s supervisor is mandatory at the time of loading for coordination with Drivers and Loading team.
4. No changes in the existing packing list should be done while submitting the offer.
5. Contractor must provide name and mobile of person who should inform consignor, position of trailers every day
before reaching destination.
6. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all charges like RTO, Union charges if any and shall be valid for commencement of
trip up to 30-Jun.-24.
7. Transshipment/Puller change is not permitted. In case of any breakdown/accident enroute, transshipment/puller
change may be allowed with prior written permission of consigner. Any deviation in the same will lead to penalty to
the tune of 2-10 Lakhs.
8. Please find attached the terms and conditions for rate submission. Please resend the signed scan copy of attached
Terms and Conditions for Crane Transportation along with offer else the same will be deemed accepted.
9. Please confirm the delivery schedule of the trailer placement and lead time for the entire consignment to reach site
along with your offer.
10. Please carry out route survey.
11. Payment terms: Payment will be made within 15 days of scrolling of correct invoice.
12. Note that, prices to be submitted for each trailer separately (find attached packing list for your reference)
