Narrated 'Abdullah bin Umar:

Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) said, "Anyone

of you attending the Friday (prayers)
should take a bath."

Ibn Abbas reported:

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,

“Verily, Allah has made this day of Friday a celebration for the
Muslims. Whoever comes to Friday prayer, let him bathe
himself, apply perfume if he has it, and use the toothstick
(Miswak).”

illumination from the light from will be protected from the Dajjal.

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) talked about Friday and said, "There

is an hour (opportune time) on Friday and if a Muslim gets it
while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will
definitely meet his demand."
And he (the Prophet) pointed out the shortness of that time
with his hands.
